On November 21, the Armenian HR Association participated in a Career Job Fair titled “New Career Opportunities and Perspectives”, organized as part of the “Learn and Earn: Artsakh” program by Eurasia International University and the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) in collaboration with Yerevan State University.
The main objective of the project was to support the socio-economic integration of forcibly displaced individuals from Artsakh into the Republic of Armenia by enhancing their competitiveness in the labor market and addressing key employment challenges. During job fair, the Association presented the job offerings and annual “հայrate 2024 Attractive Employer” program. The Armenian HR Association actively participated in educational events aimed at developing job-seeking skills and roundtable discussions focused on existing challenges and issues.
Students attending the event enthusiastically filled out the “հայrate” survey, highlighting the importance of their voices in identifying attractive employers and shaping a dynamic labor market.
