The Armenian HR Association announces the launch of the “Psychology in HR” masterclass series. The aim is to equip HR professionals with practical psychological tools that will foster deeper self-awareness, enable a better understanding of others’ behavior and motivation, and help build effective communication and lasting relationships.

On September 18, at the Armenian HR Association, the first engaging and highly practical session of the “Psychology in HR” series will take place with Seda Vardanyan, founder of MindSkill Training Academy, on the topic of “How to Communicate Effectively with ‘Difficult’ People.”

Among all professionals, HR specialists most frequently interact with a wide range of individuals. Knowing effective strategies for communicating with “difficult” people can significantly improve work efficiency.

During the masterclass, we will address:

• Who are the “difficult” people in communication? When does communication become challenging?
• Several types of “difficult” people and communication strategies for each.
• The role of self-awareness when interacting with a “difficult” person.
• Practicing effective communication strategies with each type of “difficult” person.

The interactive part of the masterclass will include case studies and role-playing.

About the Trainer
Seda Vardanyan is the founder of MindSkill Training Academy, a psychologist, soft skills trainer, and Candidate of Psychological Sciences with 15 years of experience. Over 2,000 participants have attended her training programs.
