Armenian HR Association in cooperation with BDO invite you to participate in “Electronic Registration of Employment Contracts, New Procedure for Calculating Disability Benefits, and Problematic Issues in Labor Legislation” organized joint HR Club meeting-discussion, which will take place in the Association on October 7.

During the meeting, the following will be presented:

• The amendments made to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia on December 4, 2024, according to which a digital system for concluding employment contracts has been introduced
• Details on how to fill out contracts within the system, as well as information on the entry of data from employment contracts already concluded under the existing regulations
• The timeline and procedural regulations for the implementation of the system
• The new regulations introduced by the latest amendment to the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Temporary Disability and Maternity Benefits”
• Updates related to the calculation and payment of benefits
• Certain problematic provisions arising from recent changes in labor legislation

The meeting will be conducted by the experts of BDO:
