The Coaching Edge for HR is a three-hour interactive masterclass designed for HR professionals, HR Business Partners, and people leaders who want to strengthen their coaching skills and confidently apply them in everyday workplace situations.

During the masterclass, participants will learn practical coaching techniques to:

• develop a coaching mindset,
• ask more powerful and purposeful questions,
• strengthen active listening skills,
• facilitate more effective feedback and development conversations,
• encourage greater ownership, accountability, and engagement across their organisations.

The masterclass is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and awards 3 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours.

Dr. Mohamed Samir (ICF PCC, AATC, MCS) is an Executive and Team Coach, leadership development facilitator, ICF mentor and assessor, and ATD Master Trainer.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has delivered leadership development, coaching, and organisational development programmes across the Middle East, the USA, and Armenia. Having completed over 2,500 coaching hours, he has worked with executives and organisations in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, and across the wider region.
