Armenian HR Association Board Approves Strategic Priorities under the CIPE Support Program

The Board of the Armenian HR Association convened its regular meeting within the framework of the CIPE Europe & Eurasia Regional Support Program and the project “Advancing Private Sector Advocacy and Financial Sustainability of the Armenian HR Association.” During the meeting, the Board reviewed and approved key strategic priorities aimed at strengthening the Association’s institutional capacity, enhancing its financial sustainability, and increasing the value delivered to Armenia’s HR community.

The Board approved the approach for mapping AHRA’s services, resources, and revenue streams, providing the foundation for evaluating current activities, developing new services, and supporting the Association’s long-term strategic growth. It also endorsed the main directions for the development of the membership model, including the introduction of a new Strategic Partner package designed to foster long-term partnerships and create additional value for the professional community.

The meeting further confirmed priority areas for new service development, including a promotional partnership platform, HR Club and professional game formats, HR recruitment support services, and salary survey and labour market analytics services. These initiatives will be piloted during the project period to assess demand, validate concepts, and support future implementation.

The Board also emphasized strengthening AHRA’s evidence-based advocacy role and supporting the development of HR professional standards. As part of this effort, members highlighted the importance of organizing a high-level advocacy panel discussion during the 13th Annual Regional HR Conference, creating a platform for dialogue on the impact of policies on people, labour market competitiveness, and evidence-based HR practices.

In addition, the upcoming HR Club meeting will serve as a structured consultation platform to gather feedback from HR professionals and incorporate their insights into the Association’s future services and strategic initiatives.

These activities represent another important milestone in AHRA’s institutional development, strengthening its sustainability and reinforcing its role as the leading professional organization representing Armenia’s HR community.
