The HR Association of Armenia was founded in 2010 and now unites more than 600 HR professionals from various fields. Emphasizing the improvement of the HR field, the goal of the Association is to unite and ensure the continuous multifaceted development of the HR community of Armenia and many managers in the field of people management, publicize and contribute to the development of the field in Armenia. To achieve this goal, the Armenian HR Association actively implements many projects and programs, cooperates with local and foreign organizations, and also regularly organizes meetings with local and foreign specialists who share the tools they have tested. Thanks to international collaborations (EAPM, AIHR), the members of the Armenian association get wide opportunities to communicate with colleagues from many countries, participate in conferences and international research, as well as constant access to high-quality and qualified educational materials, tools and methodologies.
