⚡This fall, HR academy by Cascade People & Business returns with an updated program fully aligned with the latest SHRM international standards. The program is adapted to the Armenian market and approved by the Armenian HR Association. HR academy aims to train and provide high international qualifications to anyone who wants to become a qualified specialist in this field.

HR academy is an effective combination of in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical work in the field of HR, the program of which is aligned with SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK) and is approved by the Armenian HR Association.

‍Our trainers are leading specialists in the field of HR. All of them have long experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of HR, as well as international HR certification enabling them to combine and convey Armenian and international practical and theoretical HR trends and solutions.

⌛ The duration of the HR academy is 5 months. It covers 22 key areas of the HR industry. There will be 30+ meetings (3 hours for each meeting). At the end of the program there will be a final test, as well as a defense of practical work.
