Change Management

On October 13-14, the sixth Regional HR Conference on the topic of “Change Management” was held in Armenia Marriott hotel. The conference was traditionally organized by Cascade People & Business and Armenian HR Association.

One of the main features of the 6th Regional HR Conference is that this time the organizational team, referring to change management, made changes to the conference format providing participants and speakers with not only physical, but also virtual communication platform. By joining the global Whova application, the organizers provided participants with an opportunity to develop and strengthen the professional network not only before and during the conference, but for another 6 months after the event as well.

15 internationally acclaimed experts from Armenia, Russia, Georgia, USA, Austria, Denmark, Poland, and Kyrgyzstan were invited to the “Change management” conference, during which they delivered speeches and master classes for 2 days. A total of 6 master classes were held and key issues of change management sphere were discussed.

The welcoming speech was made by Arpi Karapetyan, the Founder of Cascade Consultants and President of the Armenian HR Association and Armine Hayrapetyan, the Managing Partner at Cascade Consultants.

This year’s conference had a special surprise for its participants – technologically designed augmented reality game. The application that the participants played was specially developed and implemented for the conference by young programmers who represent M.In.D startup.

Nearly 200 participants from over 15 countries and more than 60 local and international companies participated in the conference. HR Expo was held simultaneously with the event for 2 days.
