Meeting of the Armenian HR Association with CIPE Program Representatives within the Organizational Diagnostic Assessment Process

On March 12, the Armenian HR Association held a meeting with representatives of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE)Program Manager Maya Eristavi and Program Officer Kristine Arzakanyan.

The meeting took place within the framework of the organizational Diagnostic Assessment process implemented by CIPE, which aims to evaluate the organization’s management systems, operational effectiveness, and potential directions for further development.

The meeting was held in a highly productive, constructive, and engaging atmosphere. During the discussion, Arpi Karapetyan, Chairman of the Armenian HR Association, presented the organization’s annual activity report, the key priorities of its three-year strategic development plan, as well as ongoing and planned programs and initiatives.
