Mariana Edilyan has more than 13 years of experience in the HR field. She worked for 5 years in the Retail business and was HR Director in Star Retail Store chain and MAF Carrefour Armenia during the period of 2010-2015. After that, she continued the journey of HR in MTS Armenia and for 5 years she has been managing the HR Planning and Development Unit until September 2020, when she took over the very challenging and interesting position of HR Director in one of the most innovative and digital banks, IDBank. In 2023 she has returned to dear to her heart Viva MTS already as HR Director.
Before being a true lover and dedicated HR person, she has over 12 years of experience in the US Department of Agriculture, where she worked on several development projects, establishing Credit Clubs, and working with rural communities all over Armenia.
Mariana Edilyan has graduated Gyumri State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Foreign Languages with diploma of excellency.
