On January 31, the “հայrate” 2024 Awards Ceremony took place, where the attractive employers in Armenia based on a comprehensive survey conducted among students were awarded.

Special emphasis was placed on organizations that received the highest number of votes as “Attractive Employer” and “The Most Attractive Employer”.
The top-ranked employers in 2024 were:
- Ameriabank

A well-structured branding strategy plays a crucial role in attracting young talent and maintaining a strong reputation in the labor market. It is essential for Armenian employers to continuously develop and invest in their employer brand. ‘հայrate’ is a significant initiative both for reflecting students’ perceptions and for helping employers refine their approaches toward the youth, ensuring a more adaptive and inclusive workplace culture.”

“Attracting and retaining young talent is a strategic priority for employers. The results of ‘հայrate’ provide organizations with valuable insights into what truly matters to students when choosing their future workplace. This initiative plays a key role in strengthening the student-employer connection, enabling companies to refine their approaches and create more attractive work environments.”
