Cascade People and Business (https://cascade.am/) in cooperation with the Armenian HR Association (https://hrcommunity.am/) has been organizing the Annual Regional HR Conference (https://hrconference.biz/) for 8 years already. Throughout these years, the event has hosted various international speakers from more than 30 countries and more than 1000 participants from around 40 countries: USA, Russia, Poland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Malaysia, Jordan, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines, etc. The stakeholders are HR managers, executive directors, trainers, consultants, and other beneficiaries from local and international organizations. Traditionally, it has become a space for professional networking with the best chance to be updated with the international challenges and trends of the market.

Given the current situation, we are transforming the 9^th Annual Regional HR Conference to a digital one on the topic of “HR: The New Normal”, where we will focus to share the successfully implemented HR cases and practices of big international companies all over the world during the lock-down
