“հայrate” program is an employer branding rating survey.

Armenian HR Association and Grant Thornton Armenia initiated the “հայrate” program, which is aimed at identifying the Armenian market’s attractive employers based on the opinion of students.

The concept of employer branding is broadly discussed in the business world. Competently developed branding plays a vital role in attracting young talents the companies need, also affecting having a high reputation in the labor market. It is of high importance that Armenian employers too continuously develop and work on their image.

Initiatives like this are important both from the aspect of the expression of students’ insights and for the formation of more flexible, encouraging, and comprehensive practices of employers towards youth, representing tomorrow’s labor market of Armenia.
