
I would like to start by sharing a quote by Thomas Jefferson, one that resonates deeply with where we are as individuals and organisations today:
“If you want something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.”
This quote perfectly reflects the journey we’ve been on—especially in the face of agile transformation. In just one year, we’ve achieved what typically takes three years.
We created 25 new product teams. We onboarded around 600 incredible new talents. We grew our customer base by 30%—all in one year.
Throughout our journey, what we’ve realized is that our company’s unique identity isn’t just about WHAT we do or WHAT we have. It’s about WHO we are. It’s about BEING.
But let me explain what that means in practice.
- Being a caring company for talents instead of just hunting employees. We see our team members as partners, not just resources.
- Being an empathetic leader versus managing an easy-to-deal team. Leadership isn’t about control; it’s about inspiring trust and mutual respect.
- Being a business driver versus merely having business results. It is about leading the market to the next stage of development which creates a real impact
- Being the change versus running a process. Transformation isn’t about following a set of rules; it’s rather about actively shaping the future.
- Being sustainable and resilient versus focusing all efforts on one-time activities. We learned that lasting success comes from long-term thinking and adaptability.
- Being anti-fragile versus building a robust company. We leverage challenges and disruptions as opportunities to grow, learn, and improve.
And now, let me ask you this: What can YOU do differently? Who can YOU BE? More importantly, who do you choose to BE?
The world is changing fast. And NOW, in the time of Artificial Intelligence, the future won’t be defined by ‘WHAT WE DO, or WHAT WE HAVE’ but by ‘WHO WE ARE’.
So, ask yourself, what if, instead of waiting for the world to change, WE became the ones driving that change?
- Be a True Friend instead of just dreaming of having a good friendship. Be the person who listens, who supports, and who simply cares.
- Be a Successful Employee instead of waiting to have the perfect employer. Take ownership of your growth, contribute with passion, and inspire others.
- Be the Caring Mom instead of just dreaming of having a caring family. Create the wanted environment in your team, in your home, and in your community yourself.
And most importantly
- Be Your Own Source of Strength instead of waiting for external validation. Cultivate self-love, and create the life you truly desire with your own actions and mindset.
So let’s stop waiting for the world to change. Let’s step into the role of BEING THE CHANGE. Each one of us has the power to shape the future, not as passive observers, but as active creators.
The future is already here, and it’s calling on us to BE the leaders, the innovators, and the changemakers of tomorrow. It’s up to us to set the tone, to be the example, and to build a world where who we are is what truly matters.
