On April 1, 2019 Philip Morris Armenia and Armenian HR Association organized a group discussion in Kamar business center. The topic of the discussion was “Increasing internship programs productivity in Armenia”. The event opened by Arpi Karapetyan (Armenian HR Association chairman). Natalia Mayorova (Philip Morris Armenia GM), Yulia Prisada (Caucasus and Moldova HR director), Nina Grigoryan (Training and development supervisor of Caucasus and Moldova) greeted the guests.
The opening part was closed by Aram Pakhchanian, head of AYB school and vice-president of ABBY. The stakeholders were HR specialists, lecturers, students. An action plan was designed by the participants on how to make the internship way easier and how it can be useful for the all stakeholders. At the end the participants came up with certain commitments and formed the working groups.
