Theme: Hack the Human Side
This time, DisruptHR Yerevan will explore how technology, data, AI, and automation are transforming the way we work, lead, and grow. The talks will cover:
- smart use of AI in HR and people management
- human-centered design in digital workplaces
- data-informed leadership decisions
- disruptive tools and strategies in hiring, engagement, learning, and beyond
- EQ: humans or AI
Format: Based on brilliance of TED talks and borrowing from Ignite style of presentations, we will have 8-12 presenters (Disruptors), 5 minutes each, with 20 slides that auto-rotate every 15 seconds. The presentations will be delivered in two acts, 30 minutes each. In addition to a short interval, there will be pre and post event opportunities to network.
Talks will be in Armenian, English, or Russian.
