HR Club in “World Vision International” Armenian Branch

On April 23, the regular meeting of HR Club took place in the office of “World Vision International” Armenian Branch.
The first half of the meeting referred to the structure and scope of functions of Human Resources and Organizational Development Department of the company. As well as presented the features of PM Cycle, Learning & Development, Competencies and reward philosophy in the “World Vision International” Armenian Branch.
Thereafter the participants were presented to “5 Dysfunctions of Teams” by the Head of Human Resource and Organization Development, Aida Arakelyan with the following assessment and analysis of the HR Association Team.
At the end of the meeting the specialist of the company introduced their new cooperation projects for private organization.
