One of the key meetings in the thematic HR clubs was the meeting with HR professionals in the IT field.
HR specialists from dozens of IT companies came together in order to discuss important issues in the field that they somehow relate to in their daily work.
The main topics of discussion were:
- Recruitment regulations;
- Company-paid trainings;
- Flexible working hours.
The participants decided to meet again as there were too many topics to discuss.
