👨‍🏫 Aleksey Baranov will conduct the master class. He is an author and host of development programs, team coach, and brand director. He has created a systematic work course for business teams that includes team coaching based on the Gallup Clifton Strengthsfinder methodology (this methodology is based on the person’s strengths). He is an experienced facilitator and conducts more than 50 sessions per year with TOP and middle management teams.
