This means we are disrupting the HR sphere again.
DisruptHR is a global success movement that inspires and makes people think out of the box. The purpose of the movement is to teach and share something new as quickly as possible. During just 5 minutes, the speakers will share their experience and make you think about new solutions and thoughts.

Format: Based on brilliance of TED talks and borrowing from Ignite style of presentations, we will have 10-12 presenters (Disruptors), 5 minutes each, with 20 slides that auto-rotate every 15 seconds. The presentations will be delivered in two Acts, 30 minutes each. In addition to a short interval, there will be pre and post event opportunities to network.
