EAPM (European Association for People Management) invites you to participate in the “HR X AI: Unlocking the future of people and technology” survey, exploring how artificial intelligence is shaping HR across Europe.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how HR functions operate — from recruitment and talent management to decision-making and accountability. Yet across Europe, there is still limited, comparable insight into how HR departments are actually adopting AI, where they are investing, and how prepared they are to use it responsibly.
This survey aims to provide a clear, evidence-based snapshot of AI readiness, usage, and governance in HR functions across Europe.
The research is an initiative of the recent established AI working group of the European Association for People Management (EAPM), in cooperation with MartyHR, with independent analysis and interpretation carried out by FutureHR.
All responses are anonymous and will be analysed in aggregate form only.
