On December 5, Armenian HR Association in cooperation with American University of Armenia (AUA) Open Education department organized a focus group discussion. The purpose of this focus group was to find out what knowledge, skills, and capacities young people in the field lack, which will help them get a job in the field, be it a bank, a credit organization or another financial institution. Through the World Café format, all of the participants were able to share their experiences and list all the knowledge and skills the employer expects.
