HR OpenUP is a space for engagement, collective thinking, questioning, and rethinking experience – where every participant becomes an active contributor to the discussion. Together with Arpi Karapetyan, we will explore current HR topics from multiple perspectives, uncovering their real impact and the trends shaping today’s world.

Topic of the first session: Motivation

What truly motivates employees today, and where is the modern world heading? Is motivation a manageable process, or does it emerge at the intersection of environment, values, and leadership? How are motivation tools and approaches evolving over time?

During the session, Arpi Karapetyan will unpack the topic through Q&A, guided discussions, and interactive methods – engaging all participants and fostering a multidimensional, in-depth, and practical analysis.

In this format, there are no observers – only individuals who think, share, ask questions, and reassess their perspectives.
