HR Specialist Preparation


Every company needs HR specialist, that’s why the profession has high demand in the job market.  The success of each company is highly correlated with the effectiveness of HR specialist’s work, as the specialist works with the most valuable asset of the company, the employees.

The purpose of “HR Manager Preparation” program by Quick Start is to prepare practical specialists in HRM sphere, who can get a job of HR manager right after the program. 

The main stages of the program

  1. Training N1. ”5 Main Functions of Human Resources Manager” course implementation (18 hours) (detailed description of Course N1)
  2. Training N2. ”Personnel administration”  course implementation” (18 hours) (detailed description of Course N2)
  3. Practical visit to a partner company. Introduction to working environment
  4. Final testing and qualification issuance
  5. Consultation on CV writing and interview passing techniques
  6. Links with employers  (* For the full program participants having high performance)

 Upon completion of the program the participants will be capable to:

  • Conduct staff planning according to company’s strategy;
  • Make job descriptions;
  • Do recruitment;
  • Apply staff motivation and staff performance appraisal effective methods
  • Conduct the main part of asset documentation flow;
  • Apply main legal acts regulating the sphere.
