Local support for an international certification
Prepare with the Armenian HR Association
For more than 15 years, the Armenian HR Association has helped HR professionals in Armenia learn and share experience. In 2026, the Association became an authorized HRCI certification preparation provider in Armenia. This means the Association can prepare candidates for the exams; HRCI awards the certification after a candidate meets its rules and passes the exam.
Live classes with an expert
Weekly classes are planned in Yerevan and online. The final schedule will be announced soon.
Official HRCI study materials
The planned package includes HRCI Cert Prep materials, a practice exam and an HRCI exam voucher.
Practice before the exam
Use practice questions and take a full practice exam. PHRi® participants will receive personal feedback. SPHRi® participants will work on strategy examples and Armenian employment law.
Payment and group options
Payment in up to three parts and discounts for employer groups are planned. The Association will confirm the final terms before registration.
The course helps you prepare; it does not award the certification. HRCI checks applications, confirms who is eligible and awards the certification to people who pass its exam.

Dr. Elie Moussallem
GPHR · SPHRi · SHRM-SCP · MCIPD · CPTD
Elie has more than 18 years of experience in HR, business and education. He leads talent acquisition at Byblos Bank Group and has a Doctorate in Business Administration. He has taught HR at universities and training centers across the Middle East and has helped HR professionals prepare for HRCI and SHRM exams. He has also spoken at the Armenian HR Association’s Annual Regional HR Conference in Yerevan.

Frequently asked questions
Will I get HRCI certification after the preparation course?
No. The course helps you study for the exam. You must apply to HRCI, meet its requirements and pass the HRCI exam to earn PHRi® or SPHRi® certification.
Can I attend the course online?
Online and in-person classes in Yerevan are planned. The Association will confirm the schedule and format when it announces the course.
Where do I take the HRCI exam?
After HRCI approves your application, you schedule the exam through Pearson VUE. Testing centers and online exam options depend on the certification and location. Check current exam options before you apply.
How do I choose between PHRi® and SPHRi®?
Compare your education and HR work experience with HRCI’s rules. PHRi® focuses on everyday HR work. SPHRi® focuses on senior HR responsibilities, such as strategy and policy, and also requires knowledge of local employment laws.
